You can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt (one exchange per order). Items must be unused and in original condition, with the original receipt; limited-edition, sale and made-to-order items are excluded. We exchange for goods of equal value — no cash refunds; courier costs for exchanges are borne by the customer. Policy details are governed by the Chinese version of the terms & conditions.

Yes. If you find the identical item cheaper at a Hong Kong retail store within 3 days of purchase (by receipt date), bring the proof (written quote, receipt, or dated official-site screenshot) and your Helmetking receipt to the store, and we refund the difference as a store voucher. Pre-orders, clearance, flash promotions and non-authorized sellers are excluded. See the best price guarantee.

Measure around your head about 2cm above the eyebrows and compare with the brand's size chart. The fit should be snug without pressure points, and the helmet should not move when you shake your head. Shell shapes differ between brands — visit the store to try before you buy.

Pre-orders require a deposit, and the purchase must be completed within 30 days of paying it, or the deposit is forfeited. Confirmed pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless the manufacturer delays the shipment — in that case you may request a full refund.

Yes. 26KING, Helmetking's own workshop in Mong Kok, offers inspections, servicing, repairs and upgrades by a veteran team, stocking BRIDGESTONE, PIRELLI and MAXXIS tyres and a range of engine oils. Warranty on authorized goods follows each manufacturer's published terms. See garage services.
