New design for MT-09 Utilizes two mounting holes on the frame for a single piece yet 4-position design. The single piece gives you freedom to design and the pursuit of performance such as high rigidity, weight reduction and improved maneuverability, and a high performance and reliable step. It also transfers the rotation axis of the shift pedal to the main plate side, and the link plate adopts a high-rigidity ball bearing, which improves the feel of the shift and provides a quick response to the rider.
